This is an interpretation of my favorite storybook - "The Laughing Dragon".
Hojo, the dragon, laughs too much and gets sent away from the kingdom. In this
story he learns there is a time and place for everything, including
laughing.

Bronze with glass eye stones, and brass wire (eye stones vary).
